Šumu-ukīn/Bēl-zēri//Basia, the rent farmer (ša muḫḫi sūti) of the Lady of Uruk, addresses Nabû-šarru-uṣur (NŠU), Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, and the officials (bēl piqnēti) of Eanna regarding the irrigated (?me-e) plots of land (qaqqaru) of Eanna above (elān) the area where (no/the) work (dullu) […] and land is not tilled (zēru erēšu). He offers to bring (abāku) oxen and plows and […] at the Small Gate (bābu qallu) of Eanna.
