Paraphrase

A note concerning the cereal kurangu (še.kur-ia-an-gu), impost (imittu) of water drawers or Aramaic scribes (dālû or sēpiru, both spelled lú.a.bal), due from the ‘thousand cubit’ field complex (līmu) in (tp)Bīt-Manānu (alternatively, Bīt-Banānu), property of Eanna.

25;0 (or 15;0) (of the cereal) are delivered by (or charged against) Nabû-balāssu-[…]/Nergal-[…] (or: Nabû-uballiṭ/Nergal-[…]) as the capital amount (qaqqadu) of the impost (and) the share in harvest (šibšu).

The rest of the note is either weathered or erased.

According to AHw and eBL, kurangu (kuraggu, kuriangu, kuriāgu) is “rice”. Cf. CAD K (“a cereal”) and Michael Jursa in AfO 46/47 (1999/2000), 294.
