Paraphrase

Lâbâši/Ḫašdia and Bēl-iddin/Arad-Ea//Amīl-Ea(?) owe Eanna 23;0 dates, the impost (imittu) of the field on the bank of the (tp)Ditch of Iddināya (ḫarru ša Iddināya). It is a part of the rent (sūtu) of (the rent farmer, ša muḫḫi sūti) Ardia/Nabû-bān-aḫi//Rēmūt-Ea.

They will deliver these dates in m.VII in one installment, at the enclosure (ḫaṣāru), in the measure of the Lady of Uruk. With each 1;0 dates, they will give 0;0.1.4 ½ as the “mortar” (kiṣir esitti)-tax and the “life for Bēl” (balāṭ Bēl, balāṭu ana Bēl)-tax. They will also give standard additional products and […] for the agricultural supervisor (gugallu).
