The obverse shows a list of aromatic substances (rīqu) for the holy water vessel (agubbû) for a whole year, issued (nadānu) to Zēria//Balāṭu (Z):

The reverse shows a receipt written upside down: 2[+x?] ¼ shekels of silver, the price of ..., are at the disposal (ina pāni) of Z. This includes 1.5 shekels of silver, which Z has delivered (maḫāru) to the treasury for (buying) 0;0.2 potash for the holy water vessel from the 10th until the 29th year (of Nbk.). 0;0.2 potash have been paid (to) Z.
Restorations based on NCBT 00169. Zēria//Balāṭu is most likely the father of Nabû-aḫḫē-bulliṭ/Zēria//Balāṭu from NCBT 00169. The date is given both on the reverse of the tablet and in the heading of the obverse.
