Paraphrase

Fragmentary text (protocol?) mentioning the post of the agricultural supervisor (gugallūtu), which the Governor of the Sealand (šākin māti) put(?) at the disposal (ina pāni) of Marduk/Amurru-ušēzib, Aḫu..., [...] Bēl-billaša(?), [...] an oath by god, 4 rams, [...] Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti, Royal Resident (qīpu) of the (tp)Sealand, valuables (? bušû?), (persons?), who were not(?) dedicated (zakû D), [...] (a plot of) 10 reeds, (and) [...], which [...] will give to Nabû-naʼid.

2 witnesses.

Scribe: Innin-šumu-uṣur/Nabû-nādin-šumi.

Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti is probably also attested as deputy governor (šanû) of the Sealand; see Beaulieu 2002: 111. For Marduk/Amurru-ušēzib and other men attested in the post of agricultural supervisor see Janković 119-125. The scribe Innin-šumu-uṣur/Nabû-nādin-šumi//Gimil-Nanāya wrote YOS 17, 12. The name of the month is damaged, so its reading is not secured.
