Paraphrase

Šamaš-zēru-ibni/Nabû-uballiṭ owes Eanna 4 minas of silver (and) 16;0 barley, payable in m.IX. It is the rest of a debt note (uʼiltu) about 1000;0 barley and 10 minas of silver (which was the price of) 14 talents and 44 minas of wool. (His) previous debt notes have been invalidated.

Written in the presence of Ša-Nabû-šū, Governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Uruk.

According to YBC 9601 Šamaš-zēru-ibni gave 2 head of cattle as a gift (erbu) to Eanna in Nbk.29; see Kleber 2017: 190.
