Bēl-ibni/Mukīn-zēri has delivered (maḫāru) 2 talents of madder (ḫurātu) worth (lit.: for, ana) 21 shekels of silver, set against (lit.: from, ina) the price of wool which is at his disposal (ina pāni). (This madder) has been given to Nādinu/Nergal-nāṣir//Išpāru for the (processing) of blue wool (takiltu) for m.XII.
