1 mina of silver (has been issued?) to Ardia/(f)Elammatu for barley.
[...] 1/3 minas of silver (have been issued as) allowances (kurummatu) for 260(?) oblates for m.IX.
1 5/6 minas of silver, assets in circulation (ša sūqi) are at the disposal (ina pāni) of the oblates. It was sent (lit.: we have sent the silver) via (ina qātē) Gimil-Ištar, Balāssu and Ḫašdia. 7 ½ minas of iron for repair (batqu) (and?) for work (dullu) is at their disposal.
Šulāya guarantees for the work (at) the pit (ḫaltu) of baked bricks (and against) damages (ḫibiltu) ... of/for the king with regard to the ziggurat.
