Paraphrase

Letter of Nanāya-erēš (an official from the temple in (tp)Udannu) to the High Priest (of Eanna, šatammu) and Nabû-aḫu-iddin (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), “his fathers”, telling them that he watched over their cattle in (tp)Udannu and requesting fattened sheep for two month for d.igi.du (of Udannu). He also returns silver which the recipients had sent to him via Balātu (B) as well as 6 ropes and 1 ḫalaptu-vessel (ḫa-líp-tu4) (also via B). He reports that their small bronze kettle for regular offerings broke when the tabnitu-offering was prepared in it. He therefore requests that the recipients now send the small kettle to be repaired and send them a new small kettle as they otherwise have none.
