Letter of Nādinu and Zēriya (officials from the Ebabbar of Larsa) to Guzānu and Arrab (officials of the Eanna), “their fathers”, about an order to send cattle to (tp)Larsa given by the High Priest (šatammu) and Nabû-aḫu-iddin (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) to Iddinaya, chief of flocks (rab būli), who did not fully comply as he only sent three leftover (rēḫu) animals to Larsa, so there are no animals which can be sacrificed for Šamaš. The senders request that the senders give an order that two oxen be sent to them. They also request wine for the regular offering, and poultry, 1 bird. In closing, they complain that the shepherds have been uncooperative already since the 25th, anticipating a reproach by the recipients that they wrote them this late.
