Paraphrase Probably a grant of people: It is said that it is not allowed to lead the granted people out of Eanna. Curses. The grant took place before Nabû-ušabši, governor of Uruk (šākin ṭēmi), Aššur-bēl-uṣur, royal resident (qīpu) of Eanna as well as Nabû-udammiq/Nabû-ušallim, rab širki, and Nabû-ušēzib, measurer (mandidu). The remainder of the tablet is broken.
