Gardeners have brought (kânu D) Rēmūt-Bēl/Nusku-iddin (RB) to the temple assembly when they were harvesting (nakāsu) dates as the temple's impost (imittu) from the rent farm (sūtu) of Bānia/Kalbāya (B).
They state that RB took away their dates. RB asserts he had the dates brought into B's house for beer.
RB is to appear, when asked for (rēšu našû) by Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibi, the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, the Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), on pain of repaying the dates to the temple as much as the gardeners establish.
4 witnesses, and the scribe Mušēzib-Šamaš/Ištar-zēru-ibni.
