1 mina 3 shekels of silver is the price of a cow brought (našû) by (ina qāt) Nabê-natan/Talla from (tp)Til-Rīḫim (DU6-I.ri-ḫi-im). Balāssu/Nabû-zēru-iddin gave (nadānu) it to Marduk-ēṭir/Bēl-šumu-iškun(//Dābibi), a Temple Scribe (ṭupšar bīti). It was given to Nabû-nāṣir/Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin//Šumu-iddin for sheep.
In the presence of 9 witnesses, including Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti/Bēl-ile''i//Šigûa (as first entry), Nadnāya a measuring official (mandidu), and Manna-kī-Araba'il official (bēl piqitti) of the Royal Resident (qīpu).
