In front of the Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) Nabû-šarru-uṣur and the freemen Madānu-aḫḫē-iddin/Gimillu//Šiguâ, Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Ēgibi, Šumāya/Ibni-Ištar//Ašlāku, Kalbāya/Iqīšāya//Basia, Nanāya-iddin/Nabû-bān-aḫi//Ēkur-zākir, Ibni-Ištar/Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim, Balāṭu/Mušēzib-Bēl
Rēmūtu/Innin-šumu-uṣur//Ḫunzû declared in his testimony that Nanāya-aḫu-iddin/Nabû-zēru-līšir had committed no crime (sartu epēšu). Rather, it was Iltammeš-kīni, the Piqudean, who had stolen the oxen, he caught him in the act (litt. with the stolen property in his hands), and he brought (him here).
