Paraphrase

50;0 barley are withdrawn (našû) using the measure of the 0;1 capacity, by the following individuals: Nabû-šumu-līšir (20;2), Iqbāya (10;0), Arad-Bēl (4;0), Bulluṭu (3;0), Dannu-Nergal? (or an unfinished name: Eanna-…) (3;1), Dannu-Nergal/Nergal-nāṣir (5;3), and Nabû-erība (4;0).

The barley is from (tp)Šaṭeru (Šāṭir, Šāṭer).
