Paraphrase

List of various incomes and expenditures covering a period from the 35th until the 38th year (of Nbk.). 

Year 35: a total of 10 minas of silver for (buying) 3300 (talents of) bitumen, including [...] minas (of wool?) for ½ shekel of silver, 20 talents of wool for 5 minas of silver, 3.5 minas [...] he-goat for 1.5 minas (29th day of m.IV); 4 talents of wool from Lūṣi-ana-nūri(?) for (buying) 1380 (talents) of bitumen, put at the disposal (ina pāni) of Nabû-nādin-šumi/Bēl-zēri, who will hand it over to Šamaš-uballiṭ at/for (ša) the opening of the (tp)Canal of Šamaš (nār Šamaš) (12th day of m.V).

Year 36: 8 talents and 12 minas of wool (from the sheep) fold of the herdsman Šamaš-iddin in m.II (and) 24 talents of wool in m.V.

Year 37: 300 (talents) of bitumen, the price of 2 talents and 25 minas of wool in m.IV (and) 120 (talents of bitumen), the price of 18;0 barley in m.V.

Year 38: a total of ½ mina and ½ shekel of silver withdrawn (or: brought, našû) by/with (itti) the Royal Resident (qīpu), including 12.5 shekels (of silver) for 200 (talents of) bitumen, 14 shekels (for) wages (idū) of 2 boatmen, 4 shekels (of silver) for wages of 4 hired workers in m.II. 

From the 35th until the 38th year: dates from the field of Širiktu.
