The house plot is located in (tp)Dun-Aruru(? lit.: dun(?)-(d)a-ru-ru) in the quarter (erṣetu) of the (tp)Gate of Nabû (abullu ša Nabû). It is adjacent to a wide street, a thorougfare of the god and the king, a street of the Gate of Nabû and the house plots of Kirāya(?), Bēl-ibni and Balīḫāya, the […]. The shared plot(s) are in the open country (ṣēru) by the (tp)Ḫiltu Canal. This is the agreed area under sale, irrespective of whether the properties are found to be larger or smaller (īṣu ū mādu) (upon measuring).

[…] mina(s) 10 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu) as the purchase price and […] shekel(s) as the supplementary payment (atru) are declared (maḫīru nabû).

The rest of the tablet is broken. The usual fingernail marks are absent or not preserved.
