Paraphrase

Talīmu/[…] (T) owes Eanna 60;0 barley. It is a part of the rent (sūtu) of the rent farmer (ša muḫḫi sūti) Šumu-ukīn/Bēl-zēri//Basia. Payable in m.IX in the measure of the Lady of Uruk. This is apart from T’s earlier obligation (u’iltu).
