Paraphrase

Ilu-rēšia-uṣur, the royal courtier (ša rēš šarri), owes (ina muḫḫi) 3 minas of silver, the purchase price of 12 talents of wool, to the temple. For the necessities (ḫišiḫtu) of Eanna, he will give (nadānu) gold, bronze and merchandise (mēreštu), just as he will receive (maḫāru) them in the Sealand, to the temple. If the merchandise is not pleasing to (ina pān PN maḫir) the Royal Resident (qīpu) and the High Priest (šatammu), he will pay (nadānu) those 3 minas of silver to Eanna. This is apart from any earlier debt notes (u’iltu) that he owes.

The text was written in the presence of (ina ušuzzi) of Mušēzib-Marduk, the Royal Resident (qīpu) of Eanna, Bānia/Tabnēa//Bā’iru, the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, (and) Nabû-aḫḫē-bulliṭ/Ša-Nabû-šū, scribe of Eanna (tupšar bīti).

3 witnesses are listed. The scribe is Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi, in Uruk.
