Paraphrase

2;0 of dates, which Bēl-na’id/Bānītu-ēreš (BN) took (našû) from the hands (ina qāt) of Erībšu, were received (maḫāru) from BN by Šamaš-šarru-bulliṭ, the Royal Resident (qīpu) of the Sealand. 

The witness list on the reverse is largely broken. 2-3 witnesses are listed.
