Paraphrase

Balāssu/Bēl-iqīša//Ir’anni (B) handed over (ana qāti šūrubu) 5 ½ minas of silver, from the silver of the purchase price of wool, property of the Lady of Uruk, that is in the palace of the chief tailor (rab kāṣiri), to Marduk-šāpik-zēri (MŠZ), the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna. Mukīn-zēri/Marduk-šumu-uṣur//Rab-līmi, Nabû-erība/Supê-Bēl//Nannāya, Mukīn-Marduk/Mūrānu//Ša-ṭābtišu and Nabû-bān-aḫi/Ibnāya//Ekur-zākir, the messengers of MŠZ, have received (maḫāru) (the silver) via (ina qāt) B. In Babylon. 

After the date: This is without the earlier 25 ½ minas of silver.
