Paraphrase

6 1/8 shekel of naltar-gold have been delivered (maḫāru) to Eanna from the (tp)Sealand (māt tâmti) by Kalbāya and Libluṭ, runners (musaḫḫiru). It (was bought) for 8 minas and 14 shekels of silver which were sent via (ina qātē) Nidintu/Aḫḫēšu (N) and Bēl-ēṭir (BE) to Nabû-ušēzib (NU), chief of the gate (rab bābi), in the (tp)Sealand.

1 mina and 8 shekels of silver, 1 musalliḫtu-vessel (and) 1 silver cup (kāsu) for 8 minas and 14 shekels of silver have been returned (naḫāsu) to Eanna. They were sent in an unnamed month via N and B to NU in the (tp)Sealand for (buying) gold. Also, 2 minas of silver, which have been sent in m.VIII via Bānia/Taqīš-Gula and Kalbāya for the purchase (maḫīru) of gold to NU in the (tp)Sealand, have been returned to Eanna.

In the blank space before the date, the scribe wrote: 7 ma 6 (for: 7 minas and 6 shekels). The tablet has a hole on its left side.
