Marduk-šumu-iddin/Nabû-balāssu-iqbi//Gimil-Nanāya (Mši) speaks to Sîn-iddin (Si), the Royal Resident (qīpu) of Eanna about leasing all royal prebends and the prebends of the High Priest (quppu/isqu ša šarri, quppu ša šatammūti) for 3 minas of gold, which Si owes (ina muḫḫi) to the king, and one good (babbānu) horse. These prebends comprise brewer’s, baker’s, butcher’s, oil presser’s, surveyor’s (maddidūtu), cauldron heater’s (šārip-ruqqūtu). Mši calls the use of the royal prebends in Eanna fraudulent (ana pirki kalû N). Si agrees.
7 witnesses, including several royal delegates (šāpir šarri) [...]-iddin/Zēria, Marduk-uballiṭ/Nabû-zēru-iddin, Aplāya/Bēl-aḫu-iddin, and the scribe Nabû-bān-aḫi/Ibnāya//Ekur-zākir.
Note: Mši later became City Governor (šākin ṭēmi)
