Paraphrase

Tabnēa/Innin-zēru-iqīša (T) confesses (kânu D) regarding himself that tools in the workshop of Bazuzu/Ibni-Ištar had been checked and he had shown them to Nabû-mukīn-apli/Dābibi//Nabû-aḫu-iddin, the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, the Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti). If any of the tools should be found with T he will incur the penalty of Gubāru, Governor of Babylon and Ebir-nāri.
