Paraphrase

Nabû-aplu-iddin/Bēlšunu//Rēʼi-sisê(?) (NAI) owes Eanna a total of 2 minas of silver. It has been given to him (nadānu) for (buying) necessities (ḫišiḫtu) of Eanna. 1 mina of (this) silver is the rest of the debt note (uʼiltu) which was due from Bēl-lēʼi/Šulāya//Rēʼi-sisê (BL), and (the other) 1 mina of silver is from the silver of Bēl-ibni/Nādinu//Bābūtu, which Marduk-šumu-līšir/Balāssu//Nūr-Sîn has withdrawn (našû) for the necessities of Eanna. When Bānia returned, he gave the debt note about 2 minas of silver due from BL to NAI. He (NAI) shall give to Ištar of Uruk the same merchandise (mēreštu) as to Esagil and Ezida.

3 witnesses.

Scribe: Ea-bān-zēri/Nabû-ibni//Šangû-Ea.

Bānia is probably the former High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna (full name: Bānia/Tabnēa//Bāʼiru); see Kleber 2017: 49. For the jeweler Marduk-šumu-līšir/Balāssu//Nūr-Sîn see Payne 2007: 269.
