Paraphrase

Nergal-nāṣir/Nanāya-ibni (Nn) wishes to lease from Nabû-šarru-uṣur, Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, a field from the irrigation district (tamirtu) of (tp)Til-Ḫurāṣu, from (tp)Sumandar to the (tp)Euphrates, a field from the irrigation district of (tp)Rudāya to that of (tp)Qatna, and a field in the irrigation district of (tp)Ilu-gillum, still outstanding from Šumu-ukīn (a rent farmer). They were originally given to Kalbāya/Iqīša for an annual payment of 3000;0 kor of barley. Nn will pay 3350;0 kor of barley and 50;0 kor of sesame.

Part of the seeds are paid out from the rent of Gimillu/Ardia and Bēlšunu/Marduk, and the impost (imittu) of Šamaš-šumu-iddin/Amīl-Nanāya, and that of Innin-šarru-uṣur, chief of flocks (rab būli).

Typical clauses for canal maintenance follow.

Part of the complex within (tp)Bīt-Amukani is at the disposal (ina pāni) of Innin-šumu-uṣur. He will pasture cattle in various wetlands, dykes, swamps (kasal, ḫummutu, kalû, appari, bīt nizil).

7 witnesses, and the scribe Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi.
