Paraphrase

In total, 1 mina 45 shekels of silver for the purchase of asphalt were given (nadānu) to Bēl-ēṭir/Amīl-Nabû

The sources of the silver are listed: part was left over (rēḫu) from year Nbn Acc.; part from the sale of dates from the field at the (tp)Canal of Aḫḫē-šullim (Nāru-ša-Aḫḫē-šullim); part from (ina qāt) Tabnêa/Nabû-īpuš; some from Apkallu/Nadnāya.

The subsequent silver expenditures are: 120 talents brought (našû) to the temple by Ṣillāya and Kīnāya; 270 talents from Madān-aḫḫē-iddin/Gimillu from Babylon; 550 talents of bitumen and 250 talents of clay from Bēl-ēṭir. Some further expenses for 2 boats boat and crew are listed.
