Paraphrase

Nabû-iddin/Imbia has to deliver (ina pāni) (to Eanna) ½ mina of naltar-gold dust without impurities (šagīru), worth (kī) 7 ½ minas of silver, payable in m.IV. If he does not give it to the temple by m.IV, (his liability) will increase (nabalkutu) by 1/8 per each shekel of gold.

Written in the presence of Marduk-nāṣir/Bābia, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-rēmanni, Royal Resident (qīpu).

5 witnesses (ina pāni).   

Based on the incumbeny of the officials, this text dates in the first half of the 7th century B.C.
