Paraphrase

A list divided to 5 sections, separated by rulings (possibly 4, as it is not clear whether the bottom half of the obverse is separated from the reverse).

1)     Bowlands (qaštu) of ten men are listed, i.a.: Ninurta-gāmil, is possibly a gugallu (lú.gú-[x]).

2)     Silver amounts from five Bowlands, i.a.: among which Enlil-iddin the carpenter (nagāru) and Ninurta-aḫu-iddin the weaver (išparu).

3)     Silver amounts from seven Bowlands, i.a.: one in (tp)Bīt-Iltameš-kâ (uru.é Iil-tam:meš-ka-a’) and one is in Isin.

4)     Silver amounts from seven Bowlands (possibly linked to the previous group) , i.a.: the toponym é {I}˹kal?˺ -[ba-a]?; Šarur-ibni/Šumu-iddin who is at the ford (ina muḫḫi né-bé-er) for … (a-na bu-ʼu-mu-ú); Šulāya of (tp)Malâkû for … (a-na bu-ʼu-mu-ú). The silver is a replacement (ina kutalli) payment.

5)     Silver amounts affiliated with supervisors of the ḫaṭru-workers (lú.ra-bi-ia šá lú.ḫa-dar), i.a.: an unnamed man from (tp)Malâkû; Ninurta-balāssu-iqbi/Enlil-aḫu-iddin, the master builder (arad ekalli); Šumu-iddin, the brick maker (lú.pe-ti-iq); a man of (tp)Zakir (dumu lú.za-ki-ir); Ninurta-aḫu-uṣur, the courtier (ša rēši).

The tablet ends with 4 summary lines.
