A herding contract regarding a total of 51 black cattle (ṣēnu ṣalmu) of the temple (makkūr Enlil), which are under the responsibility of (ina qātē) Bēlšunu/Ninurta-nāṣir and are put at the disposal of (ina pāni) Kulluḫaza'id/Aḫ-immē (K), the shepherd (rē'u).
K guarantees (pūtu našû) for the care, grazing, and guarding of the livestock.
The yearly payment for the temple, due in m.III, is 66% of the offsprings (tālittu) and 1m of goat's wool per she-goat.
An additional clause, in broken context, mentions: x 2-year-old kid(s), 1 kid, 2 she-goats, and the property of Ištar (makkūr d.dil-bat).
5 witnesses and the scribe: Qudaia/Rībat.
Signed by the fingernail (ṣupru) of K and the seal of Ninurta-uballiṭ (third witness)
Listed animals: mašgallu, laliu, enzu rabītu, unīqu.
Kulluḫaza'id renders {I}kul-lu-ḫa-za-‘i-id; the name, which is in all likelihood West Semitic given he is the son of Aḫ-immē, remains unclear.
