Paraphrase

General income (irbu) in silver for the occasional offerings (guqqû) of the year 24, from the following people:

Ninurta-iddin/Nâdin; Sîn-uballiṭ/Bēlšunu; Ninurta-erība/Adad-šumu-iddin; Arad-Marduk/Šūlāya; Ninurta-ušabši/Ili-kēšir; Zēriya; Ninurta-šumu-līšir/Adad-muballiṭ (purchase of a hide); Ninurta-aḫḫē-bulliṭ/Bēlšunu (purchase of a prime sheep (immeru  rēštu)); Ṣillāya/Nādin; total: 32š+11/24š silver.

Expenses (tēlītu) made from these (ina libbi):

7½š silver at the disposal of (ina qātē) Sîn-uballiṭ/Bēlšunu; 12š silver to Abī-ūl-īde/Rībat, brother of Adad-ittannu/Rībat; ⅔š silver at the disposal of Ninurta-šumu-līšir; 1¼š silver at the disposal of Ninurta-abu-uṣur/Rēmu-šukun; 1¼š silver at the disposal of {f}Rē'indu; xš silver at the disposal of Rēmu-šukun/Bēlšunu.

Note that several personal names are read differently from Joannes’ 1982 edition. Most notably, Joannes read both d.UMUN and UMUN as Bēl and bēlu, respectively, while above d.UMUN (d.10) is rendered Adad and UMUN stands for bēlu.
