Nādin-aḫi/Nabû-šumu-ēreš, Nabû-ušallim/Nabû-šumu-ēreš (Nu), Nabû-ēṭir/Nabû-šumu-ēreš (Nē) contest (qabû) the estate of Nabû-zēru-ušabši with Šumu-ukīn/Kudurru (Šu) and Šākin-šumi/Kudurru (Šš). They assert that their father had a claim on the estate. According to Šu and Šš the case had been cleared with Mušallim-Marduk. The case is settled by Šu and Šš paying them 7 ½ minas. Typical formulae ending against further litigation follow. Nu and Nē bear responsibility (pūt našû) for their (absent) brothers Aplāya and Balāssu.
