Habaṣīru/Ninurta-aḫḫē-x (Ḫ) guarantied (pūt mukkinūtu [našû]) for the testimony of Linūh-libbi-Ilī (LLI), the beam-carpenter (nagāru ša gušūri) which/of Arad-Gula/Šamaš-iqīša (AG), … (unclear.)
Ḫ is required to bring ((i)bī inna) LLI to AG. Once the testimony takes place (kanû D), Ḫ is cleared (zakû). Otherwise, unclear penalty will be enforced.
