Antichretic loan. Nabû-aplu-iddin/Nabû-uṣalli//Agru (NAI) (based on AnOr 8 4) owes 1 mina 10 shekels of silver to [...]/Ninurta-šarru-uṣur.
The house of NAI is pledged as security (maškanu) for 5 years. There is no rent (idu) of the house and no interest on the silver.
The tenant is obligated to carry out repairs (batqu ṣabātu), bring out (waṣû Š) […], plaster the house with clay (ṭīdu šakānu). Additional clauses set out the tenant’s duties in the 4th, 6th, and 9th years of the lease term.
In m.V of the 9th year […].
Penatly for breaking the contract is set at 3 minas of silver.
