Assertory oath to deliver dates or barley

On the 16th of m.VIII, Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nergal-ina-tēši-ēṭir will take an oath (elû Š) of gods by Sirius (the Arrow) (šiltāḫu) before two scribes of the Eanna: Arad-Innin/Ibni-Ištar//Gimil-Nanāya and Nabû-aḫu-iddin/Ḫarmāṣu. He will swear that he will give (nadānu) barley in exchange for the dates he owes to the temple.
If he takes the oath, he will give (elû Š) 47;2.3 of dates to the Eanna. If he does not take the oath, he will give 47;2.3 of barley.

Three witnesses (including two scribes of the Eanna) and the scribe Nādinu/Nabû-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi.
