10;0 barley (measured with) the large (measure) are at the disposal (ina pāni) of Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti, overseer (šāpiru) of the brewers for the royal ḫarû-offering. 0;1.3.3 (barely are for) 1 vat (dannu) before Šamaš.
In the first line the scribe took notes for counting: 9 times diš (1), followed by a winkelhaken (10); cf. GCCI 2, 63.
The date form is largely destroyed. The king might be Npl.
