Paraphrase

A Sammeltafel containing 6 transactions of land purchase.

1) Zērūtu/Ērešu (Z) purchases a date grove from Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin/Bēl-ēṭir (NAI) and Nabû-zēru-ušebši/Bēl-ēṭir (NZU).

The land is located in the district (pīḫātu) of (tp)Bīt-Dakūri in the quarter (erṣetu) of (tp)Bīt-Kīnāya. It is adjacent to the (tp)Ditch of Nabû-ēṭir (ḫarru ša Nabû-ēṭir) and the properties of Nabû-ibni/Zākir, NAI, and Z. The plot area is 0;1.1.

25 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu) are declared (maḫīru nabû) as the purchase price. It is received with (adi) a supplementary payment (atru) of ½ a shekel of silver for the sealing of the tablet. NAI and NZU relinquish any future claims on behalf of their households.

Written during the incumbency (lit.: days, ūmu) of Anu-aḫu-iddin(//Ḫunzû, see NCBT 0343), the Governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Uruk, and in the presence of 5 witnesses.

2) Z purchases a date grove from Šamaš-iddin//Bēl-iddin (ŠI).

The land is located in the district of (tp)Bīt-Dakūrri, by the (tp)Ditch of Šaggē (ḫarru ša Šaggē), in (tp)Dūru-ša-Barīḫi. It is adjacent to properties of Ubāru/Nādinu, Šamaš-ibni/Mušallim-ilu, and Zērūtu/Ea-ibni. The plot area is 0;4.

26 shekels of silver in pieces are declared as the purchase price. It is received with a supplementary payment of 1 shekel of silver for the sealing of the tablet. ŠI relinquishes any future claims on behalf of his household.

3) Z purchases a date grove from Nurgumê(/Ašidrummu) (zálag-gu-me-e) (N), Iqīšāya(/Ašidrummu) (I1) and Šūzubu(/Ašidrummu) (Š).

The land is located by the (tp)Ditch of Šaggē. It is adjacent to the properties of Bēl-iddin/Nabû-ušebši, Tuqnānu/Aḫḫēa, Bēl-īpuš/Ḫašdia, and Aḫu-maqar/Nabû-ušebši. The plot area is 4;0.

1 mina and 20 shekels of white silver (kaspu peṣû) in pieces are declared as the purchase price between Z and N. It is received with a supplementary payment of 1 shekel of silver for the sealing of the tablet. The sellers relinquish any future claims on behalf of the household of Ašidrummu and (f)Kaššāya (presumably the sellers’ parents). N, I1 and Š bear responsibility (pūtu našû) for the big house, their share.

4) Z purchases a date grove from Rēmūtu/Erībšu (R).

The land is located in the district of (tp)Bīt-Dakūri in the quarter of (tp)Bīt-Kīnāya. It is adjacent to the properties of Z, Aplāya/Aqara, Marduk-ibni/Zākiru, and Nabû-aḫḫe-iddin//Bēl-ēṭir. The plot area is 0;0.3. This is the agreed area under sale, irrespective of whether the plot is found to be larger or smaller (mādu u mīṣu) (upon measuring).

 11 ½ shekels of silver in pieces are declared as the purchase price. It is received with a supplementary payment of ½ a shekel of silver for the sealing of the tablet. R relinquishes any future claims on behalf of his household.

The land is located in meadowland (ugāru) of (tp)Bīt-Kīnāya in the district of (tp)Bīt-Raḫē (Bīt-(f)Raḫē). It is adjacent to the properties of Nabû-ēṭir, a groom (kizû), Nabû-iddin, a weaver, Marduk-šumu-ibni and Z. The plot area is 0;2.3.

34 shekels of silver in pieces are declared as the purchase price. It is received with a supplementary payment of ½ a shekel of silver for the sealing of the tablet. KI relinquishes any future claims on behalf of his household.

6) Nabû-zēru-ibni//Išparu (NZI) purchases an inheritance share (zittu) in a date grove with fruit-bearing palms from Nabû-uṣalli(/Karêa) (NU), Isinnāya(/Karêa) (I2), and Nergal-ibni(/Karêa) (NI). Another part of the date grove belongs to Bēl-iddin//Išparu.

The land is located in the quarter of (tp)Bīt-Kīnāya. It is adjacent to the properties of Zākiru/Iddin-Nabû, Marduk-zēru-ibni/Nabû-unnâ and other neighbors (itû). This is the agreed area under sale, irrespective of whether the plot is found to be larger or smaller (mīṣu u mādu) (upon measuring).

NZI gives (nadānu) silver to NU, I2 and NI. 22 shekels of silver are received with a supplementary payment of ½ a shekel of silver for the sealing of the tablet. NU, I2 and NI relinquish any future claims on behalf of the household of Karêa (presumably the sellers’ father).
