When a witness testifies that Ana-Bēl-taklāku, oblate of the Lady of Uruk, serves (ina pānišu izuzzu) Šamaš-šumu-ukīn(?)/Bēl-ibni//Kurî (or: Šamaš-šumu-uṣur/Bēl-ibni//Kurî) (ŠŠU) and conducts work (dullu epēšu) for him, ŠŠU will give [...] to the Lady of Uruk, starting from the day that the witness [...].
4 witnesses.
Scribe: Gimillu/Innin-zēru-iddin.
The penalty for ŠŠU would probably be the payment of a quit rent (mandattu) starting from the day that the oblate serves him; cf. e.g. HMA 9-02542.
This tablet has holes on the upper and lower edge.
