Nanāya-ēreš/Ardia (A) voluntarily (ina ḫūd libbi) gives a house plot to his son, Iddin-Nabû/Nanāya-ēreš.
It is adjacent to the (tp)Ditch of Uṣur-amassu (ḫarru ša Uṣur-amassu) and house plots of Ibni-Ištar/Kudurru//Ekur-zākir, Šullumu/Pir’u//Asû, and Ea-dāyyan, the Governor of the Sealand (šakin Tâmti).
The transfer is secured by a curse divided into two parts. The first part invokes Bēl, Nabû, the Lady of Uruk, and Nanāya against the cancellation and alteration of the terms of the contract by a provincial governor (šaknu), a prince (or: tribal/local ruler appointed by a king; rubû), a commander (šāpiru), or a judge (dayyānu). The second part invokes the authority of the king against violation of the terms of the contract.
7 witnesses.
Scribe: Marduk-erība/Bēl-iddin//Adad-šammē.
