Paraphrase

Nanaya-aḫu-iddin/Arrabu, Amīl-Nanaya/Balāssu and Amīl-Nanaya/Aḫu-remu-šūkun brought back (maḫāru) to the temple 19 shekels of silver out of 50 shekels of silver of m.IV of year 22 which they were given (nadānu) for bringing (našû) leftovers (rēḫu) to the king.
