Paraphrase

Ardia/Šulāya withdrew (našû) 1 ½ shekels of silver (as) his allowances (kurummatu) of m.X; Ina-tēšî-ēṭir/Nanaya-aḫu-iddin withdrew (našû) 3 ½ shekels of silver (as) the remaining allowances (kurummatu) of 11 workers, who were sent regarding the bitumen. Nabû-ēdu-uṣur, who was sent regarding reeds, (implied: withdrew) 1 shekel.

Note: The last transaction (line 8-9) written on the upper part of the reverse seems to have been added later, perhaps by a different scribe, after the clay had hardened, as the wedges are much shallower compared to the rest of the tablet.
