2/3 (shekels) of silver is the purchase price of 2 he-goat carcasses, which are at his disposal, were received (maḫāru) from Bēl-kāṣir (and) sent via him for raw and processed bitumen. 1 1/3 shekel of silver is the purchase price of 4 he-goat carcasses were received (maḫāru) from Bēl-aḫḫē-erība/Bēl-kāṣir. Thereof 1 shekel of silver was given (nadānu) to Nabû-uṣalli/Arrabtu for timber for the sheep-shed. 1/3 shekel of silver, the purchase price of […] he-goat (possibly: goat carcass) is at the disposal of [PN, possibly Bēl-aḫḫē-erība/] Bēl-kāṣir.
Possible reconstruction of lines 13-14: 1/3 shekel is the purchase price of 1 ewe (carcass) (cf. line 5-6: 1 1/3 shekels = 4 ewe carcasses => 1/3 shekel is the price of 1 ewe carcass), which was at (his) disposal and was received from Bēl-aḫḫē-erība/Bēl-kāṣir.
