[…] purchase(s) a house in good repair (bītu epšu), roofed (bīt ruggubi), with a doorframe in place, a door and a lock installed (sippu daltu u sikkūru kunnū) from […].
The house plot is located in Uruk in the quarter (erṣetu) of the (tp)Gate of Adad (abul Adad), and its sides measure [...] cubits × 8+[...] cubits 8 fingers × 2+[...] cubits × 16+[…] cubits 8 fingers. The total area is 15.5 reeds. It is adjacent to a wide street, a thoroughfare of the god and the king, the house plot and the unbuilt plot of Nabû-šumu-iddin/Aplāya, and the house plot of the sons of Nabû-šumu-zēru-līšir/Aplāya.
The payment is 300 kors of dates. The rest of the operative clause and the entire waiver clause are not preserved.
