Paraphrase

Nadnāya/Aplāya/Kurī (N) purchases a plot with fallow land (kišubbû) and planted with date palms in Uruk from Balāssu/Marduk-zēru-ibni/Ḫunzû (B).

The field is located in Uruk in the quarter (erṣetu) of the (tp)Ditch of Nanāya (ḫarru ša Nanāya), and its narrow sides are 60 cubits long. It is adjacent to the royal road (ḫarrān šarri), the (tp)Ditch of Nanāya, and the properties of Aplāya/Ša-Nabû-šū//Kurī, the father of N, Innin-zēru-ibni/Nadnāya//Kurī, the son of N, and Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin/Nergal-ušallim//Nūr-Sîn (the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna) .

25 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu) are declared (maḫīru nabû) ast he purchase price. It is received with (adi) a supplementary payment (atru) of a ½ of shekel. B relinquishes any future claims on behalf of his household.

The document includes the clause concerning fingernail impressions of B, and the tablet is marked with them.
