Paraphrase

A list of barley and silver allocations (barley on the obverse, silver on the reverse), no verb.

On the obverse: 3 measures (mašīḫu) of barley are assigned to 6 workers (ṣābu) who will go (alāku) with the maššartu-boat.

2 measures each are assigned to Rēḫētu/Bēl-erība, Gimillu/Rēḫētu, Innin-zēru-ibni/Nabû-ušallim, Amīl-Nanaya/Nanaya-iddin, Nabû-na’id/(f)Zakītu, and Kīma-banê-Bēl(?), dependent (šá) of Nergal-zēru-ibni.

On the reverse: 5/8 of a shekel of silver are assigned to (?) Šumāya/Ibni-Ištar, 11/24 of a shekel to Nabû-šumu-iddin/Pir’u, 11/24 of a shekel to Innin-zēru-iqīša/Nadnaya, and 2/3 (of a shekel) to Nabû-balāssu-iqbi/Ibnāya.
