Paraphrase

Letter of Marduk-zēru-ibni to Nidinti-Bēl (/Nabû-mukīn-zēri//Dābibī, High Priest of Eanna, šatammu) and Nabû-aḫu-iddin (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti), "his brothers", quoting a previous verbal exchange with the recipients about an amount of silver for the sender’s allowances (kurummatu), in which they promised to have the account settled and the silver delivered. The sender has not heard of any results of this promise and therefore urges the recipients to comply (kapdu).
