Paraphrase

The obverse itemizes barley deliveries from: the (tp)Naḫbūtu irrigation district, the karammu-silo (é ka-ra-im) of Bābilāya, the (tp)Rāṭu irrigation district, the (tp)Ditch of Iddināya (ḫarru ša Iddināya), and the house of Silim-Bēl/Aplāya.

The reverse lists allocations of the barley by Nabû-aḫḫē-bulliṭ, Temple Scribe (ṭupšar bīti), to: Nergal-ina-tēšê-ēṭir/Zabidā, Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim/Nabû-udammiq, Ibni-Ištar/Nabû-šumu-ibni, Nabû-šumu-ibni/Šūzubu, and the plowmen (ikkaru) […] who dig(?) (i-ḫar(?)-ru) […].
