Letter of Itti-šarru-balāṭu (IŠB), a royal official (rab batqi, lit. “chief of repairs”), to Nabû-mukīn-apli (/Nādinu//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) (NMA), "his brother", about sheep, hides and shearing, stating that the royal box is at NMA’s disposal and therefore he can give sheep to the sanctuaries. IŠB tells him to collect hides and give them to Libluṭ (L) and to deliver the wool from the sheep which IŠB had delivered to NMA to be shorn to the king; otherwise, the sender threatens by swearing by Nabû (lū edû) that he will receive it from NMA in Babylon according to the royal writing board (lē’u). In closing, he tells him that no-one should cause L trouble (pirku dabābu).
