Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-karābī-išme Nabû-mukīn-apli (/Nādinu//Dābibī, High Priest, šatammu) (NMA), "his lord", informing him that he, personally, will go upstream with Šamaš-aḫḫē-iddin and Rēmūt. After a massive break, the text mentions 0;0.3.3 of an unknown quantity. In closing, the sender asks for his lord’s order.
