Paraphrase

Letter of Nabû-nādin-[x] to Nabû-aḫu-iddin (Royal Overseer, ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) (NAI), "his father". Ina-ṭēši-ēṭer (ITE) came to the sender on behalf of NAI, and the sender gave him pīḫātu-garments and wool, of which the sum of wool was weighed out that was imposed on NAI and credited with him. The sender redeemed (paṭāru) five minas of wool for one KUR.RA-garment with ITE.
